About The H3 Leader

Navigating the purposeful integration of business, life, and faith has been a passion project of mine for my entire professional career.

There is nothing easy about our life’s journey, as you well know. But, as “they” say, nothing worthwhile is easy

Get Moving

Get Moving —

The H3 Leader exists as, among other things, the culmination point, launch pad, base camp, and creative lab for formally sharing my ongoing passion for personal and professional development with others.

As you can imagine, it can be scary launching something new, particularly in a crowded space like this one.

The voice of doubt tried hard to push me down. After all, there is nothing new under the sun, right? Haven’t we heard it all by now?

Though that may feel true at one level, I believe it, in the deepest sense, to be patently false.

For one, we forget, and repetition is the mother of all learning.

But more significant is the fact that every one of us engages with the world through a distinctly unique filter—one that creates vast opportunities for fresh interpretation and broader understanding.

No other person on this earth has the same mix of origin story, experiences, perspective, baggage, genetics, feelings, IQ, EQ, physical ability, etc…

These elements of our unique past exponentially compound as they move us toward an infinitely expanding future—a future that we are honor-bound and divinely equipped to help create and build.

The H3 Leader aims to establish a base framework that embraces this reality and encourages distinctly unique leaders to navigate their journey with great intention, skill, and purpose.

Business is hard. Life is hard. Faith is hard. And integrating the three (the essence of integrity) is exponentially so.

I understand. And I am here to help.

About Ken

Hey, all! I am blessed to be the principal and founder of The H3 Leader, an Executive Coach, Convene Chair for two Christian Executive Leader Peer2Peer Advisory Teams, and the Central IL Area Chair for the entire downstate region of IL.

My breadth of experience spans the business, leadership, training, project management, and pastoral worlds and includes: 19 years of engagement across a variety of disciplines in the corporate environment; over a decade of supervisory and managerial experience; seven years as a corporate trainer; 8+ years in business ownership; 14+ years in pastoral ministry in both large and small churches; and 9+ years in the executive coaching realm.

My strength is in helping others—leading them through problem resolution and tension management; seeking efficient and effective solutions to challenges; offering opportunities for others to develop and master their professional contributions; and working with senior leadership to help them consistently meet or exceed the ever-changing needs of the communities they serve.

Born and raised in Central IL, I live outside Peoria with my bride Beth (34+ years), dog “Pepé”, and cats “Ollie” & “Rusty”. Our daughter Anna is recently graduated from my alma mater (Illinois State University), married, and living in the Bloomington area.

I have committed my life to helping people—and the organizations they lead—reach their redemptive potential.

How might I help you?
