Christian Peer Advisory Boards
Central Illinois Convene Teams
Imagine having the unique opportunity to sit around a table of your peers once a month—fellow Christian business owners, CEOs, and executive leaders—to discuss opportunities, face challenges, develop your faith, and sharpen one another’s iron—right here in Central IL.
Our Central IL Convene Teams strive to represent the epitome of The H3 Leader philosophy. With a deep appreciation of our need to be Humble, Healthy, and Holistic in our life and leadership, we realize that, though we are human and share many struggles common to most, the issues and complexities of our responsibilities are known by but a select few—our peers—others that sit in the often isolated seat of senior leadership.
Utilizing the Convene platform (a national Christian leader development organization), we bring those select few around a table to wrestle with these very things—to move our business, our life, and our faith from HERE to THERE—leaning into a Kingdom-building perspective at every turn.

“I feel like there is a time in everyone's life where they realize that the old imagery of the mouse on a treadmill chasing the cheese is a little too close for comfort. I find that this often occurs around the time that the people closest to you may also be letting you know that your priorities are out of balance. I urge you to take these "notifications" seriously and reach out to Ken. As a Christian who is a business leader, it is extremely comforting to learn how to take baby steps to move your life into Kingdom alignment. Ken's personal and professional experience, backed by the Convene system (if you like the idea of having a personal executive panel in your corner), truly are life changing.”
